Information

Common injection, extrusion, molding and coating. Application PTFE is mainly used in electronics, chemical industry, machinery and other fields. In the field of electronics, it is used to manufacture wire insulation, cable jackets, electrical equipment parts for nuclear reactors, miniature potentiometers, anyway, threaded sliders, etc. In the chemical industry, it is used to make anti-corrosive linings for pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, tanks and towers, hot sheets, filter cloths, chemical packaging containers, etc. In the field of machinery, it is used to manufacture gears, bearings, thin-walled structural parts, mechanical parts and sealing materials used at low temperatures. Performance characteristics PVDF is a white powder crystal with high mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance. Mechanical properties, the crystallinity of PVDF is about 68%of which the most representative crystal forms are Form II and Form I. These two types of crystal structures can exist stably at normal temperature. They often coexist in the molded products. The physical and mechanical properties of the products are affected by the ratio of these two types of crystals. PVDF has higher mechanical strength than PTFE and has excellent compressive properties and creep resistance. PVDF film has excellent flex resistance and flex life is up to 75 × 103.

1. Heat resistance and radiation strike resistance. The long-term continuous use temperature of PVDF is -70 ~ 150 ℃; the radiation resistance is better than PTFE, and the performance is basically unchanged after being subjected to 200 ~ 400nm ultraviolet radiation for one year. When γ-rays are irradiated below 107Gy, the mechanical properties are improved. Electrical properties. PVDF has large polarity, high dielectric constant, and large dielectric loss tangent. Electrical properties are very sensitive to crystal structure and crystallinity. Like PTFE, PVDF has extremely low water absorption, so there is no significant decrease in electrical performance under high temperature and water immersion environments. Chemical resistance, PVDF is not as chemically resistant as PTFEPCTFE.

2. It has excellent resistance to inorganic acids and alkalis, but poor resistance to organic acids and organic solvents. Forming / processing can be injection, compression, extrusion, coating, etc. Application PVDF has a special status in the application of electronic appliances, that is, it is widely used to make piezoelectric, thermoelectric sensitive components with excellent performance. Compared with other piezoelectric materials, one, electronic appliances, PVDF has the following advantages: good flexibility; good moldability, thin film and large area; large piezoelectric output constant.
