  • Performance:

     CFR series high frequency dielectric substrates are ceramic filled PTFE composite materials developed for automotive millimeter wave radar and 5G millimeter wave communication applications, and have excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability.

     

    Features:

     The typical value of Dk of CFR300A is 2.96, the tolerance is only ± 0.01, Df reaches 0.0000076, and TCK is only -6.03 ppm / ℃, and it does not contain fiberglass cloth and no glass fiber effect. The electrical performance consistency and reliability of the millimeter wave band are more advantageous than glass fiber reinforced materials; and the electrical performance consistency is better in all directions.

    ● CFR300A's CTE in the X / Y / Z direction is strictly controlled to ensure the reliability of high-temperature environments and the through-hole plating in the processing of multilayer boards, and stable mechanical properties.
